Custom Design, Here's How it Works

To obtain a unique custom piece of One Artist Jewelry, by Suze Feledy Jones, a GIA (Gemological Institute of America) Certified Jeweler, specializing in gemology for over 30 Years: Photos are examples of a few past commissions.
If you wish to give a custom design as a gift see STEP 7.

STEP 1: Email Suze at suzeweb [!at] gmail.com with 'custom order' in the subject space. Please include any thoughts about what you're looking for, your budget, and your contact info/phone number.

​STEP 2: Design approval via phone conversation; I will work up a design as per our communication.

STEP 3: Print completed form and ship with any items you're providing. (form will be provided)
****ONLY NECESSARY IF SHIPPING PERSONAL ITEMS, such as stones or old jewelry for a re-design.******

STEP 4: Final design approval before beginning your project.

STEP 5: Payment due 75% at start of project. Remainder due on completion.

- Deposit must be paid before project will begin.
- Custom orders are non refundable once they've begun, as by this point a monetary and hourly investment has been accrued.
- Custom orders will typically take 4-8 weeks to complete, after the project begins. This is an approximation as a simple project may take less time, whereas with a more complex project there are often materials that may need to be ordered, such as a particular size gem, etc.
- I fully enjoy working on custom orders and look forward to providing a pleasurable relationship and excellent communication with my clients throughout the process.
